The industrial series is produced in a flange version. It is designed for water consumption from 0.2 to 1100 cubic meters / hour (respectively for pipelines with a diameter of 15 - 500 mm). The housing material for Du 15, 20 and 25 mm is stainless steel. The housings of Du 32 mm and larger are made of high carbon steel.

Principle of HMS operation - magnetic interaction of ions present in water (magnetic resonance) and simultaneous chemical crystallization process.
Ferromagnetic particles dissolved in water under the action of strong
magnetic field, become centers of electrochemical crystallization, connecting the ions of calcium and magnesium, which form the basis of water hardness. The operation of the water hardness neutralizer - HMS - is based on
cyclic effect on water of a magnetic field with a certain
spatial configuration created by high-energy magnets of the Nd-Fe-B type. Structurally HMS consists of a housing based on magnetic material, serving as a magnetic conductor, completely isolating the magnetic field inside the product and a magnetic system - core. The magnetic core consists of a thin-walled stainless steel tube, inside which are located in a certain order and orientation permanent magnets and pole elements. At the end of the pipe there are conical nozzles, providing laminar flow of water inside the neutralizer. Centering elements ensure a constant position of the core
regarding the housing of the device. Structurally, the magnetic system is reliably isolated from direct contact with water, and the tips and centering elements are made of stainless steel. The use of high-energy magnets retaining their properties for a very long time (49 years or more) and stainless steel elements allows to achieve a very long service life. The cross section of the HMS between the housing and the core ensures unchanged pressure and water flow at the inlet and outlet pipeline.
